CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointments. (Card on file will be charged) If you are 15 or more minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule. *if the card on file is expired or cannot be charged, before a new appointment is booked the client will be asked to pay amount from previous failed transaction and pay deposit for new appointment being booked before going forward.
